Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the link between the product owners and the development teams.

You will be responsible for analysing and validating business requirements, providing functional specifications, communicate and collaborate effectively with the project teams and business stakeholders to ensure the implementation fulfils the requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering business requirements for various range of projects with a primary focus on e-commerce
• Being the bridge between Business and IT – product owner and other stakeholders and development team
• Leading workshops and discussions among various business stakeholders in order to reach a common approach
• Taking an active part in proposing solutions together with the development team Facilitating User Acceptance tests, review sessions, business meetings

Skills and experience:

• Strong Business Analyst experience including the management, traceability, and delivery of requirements throughout the full project lifecycle
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to details
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently
• Proven ability to run workshops with customers
• Fluent English, preferably also German
